وقت العمل بين الدلالة المعرفية و الممارسة التنظيمية مقاربة في الأبعاد و التصورات Working Time Between Cognitive Significance And Organizational Practice :an Approach To Dimensions And Perceptions

Résumé: حاولنا في هذا المقال إثارة قضية جوهرية تدور حول وقت العمل وما يحمله من دلالات ومفاهيم، تجسد الممارسات التنظيمية التي يقوم بها المورد البشري في تسيير وقت عمله، وهذا انطلاقا من أهم المقاربات النظرية والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بآليات الإدارة الرشيدة لهذا العنصر، مع الكشف عن المضيعات التي تعمل على الحد من التحكم الفعال فيه، كل هذا من أجل صناعة وعي لقيمة الوقت وزيادة أداء وفعالية المؤسسة المعاصرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقت، إدارة وقت العمل، تحديد الأولويات، مضيعات الوقت، الفعالية الذاتية. This article raises a fundamental issue related to work time and its significance and concepts which embody organizational practices carried out by the human resource in managing his work time. This is based on the main theoretical approaches as well as the previous studies related to the rational management mechanisms of this element. It also reveals the wasters which limit the ability to effectively control time . All this aims at of creating awareness of the value of time and improving the performance and effectiveness of the contemporary organization.
