فعالية بحوث التسويق الدولية في تمكين المؤسسات الصناعية من تحسين أدائها التصديري - مؤسسة Bifa So.al.tu.bi نموذجا -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم مقاربة للمؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية التي ترغب في الولوج إلى الأسواق الدولية متخذة التصدير كإستراتيجية لذلك، من خلال التركيز على مفهوم بحوث التسويق الدولية، مع إبراز مدى فعاليتها في تحسين أدائها التصديري، ولقد اتخذنا مؤسسة بيفا صوالتوبي نموذجا للدراسة . وقد وصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة بيفا تعتمد على بحوث التسويق في نشاطها التصديري، حيث تساهم في استخلاص الفرص التسويقية في الأسواق الدولية من خلال المعلومات التسويقية التي توفرها لإدارة التسويق، كما تساعد في حل مشكلاتها التسويقية والحفاظ على نقاط القوة وعوامل النجاح لتحسين موقفها التصديري .بالإضافة إلى أن ظروف البيئة التصديرية في الجزائر هي العائق الأساسي لعملية الرفع في الأداء التصديري لمؤسسة بيفا و المؤسسات الصناعية في الجزائر بصفة عامة. This research paper aims to present an approach to the Algerian industrial enterprises that wish to access international markets, taking export as a strategy for this, by focusing on the concept of international marketing research, by highlighting its effectiveness in improving its export performance, we have taken the Bifa SO.Al.Tu.Bi Foundation as a model for the study. The study concluded that the enterprise of BIFA relies on marketing research in its export activity, as it contributes to extracting marketing opportunities in international markets through the marketing information it provides to the Marketing Department, and also helps in solving its marketing problems and preserving the strengths and success factors to improve the export position. In addition, the export environment conditions in Algeria are the main impediment to the process of raising the export performance of BIFA and the industrial enterprises in Algeria in general.
