النظرة القانونية للقدس في مفاوضات السّلام

Résumé: أثارت اتفاقيات "كامب ديفيد" ردود فعل معارضة من قبل معظم الدول العربية، وقد تبلور هذا الموقف المعارض في مؤتمر القمة العربية التاسع الذي عقد ما بين 2-5 تشرين الثاني – نوفمبر 1978 بمبادرة من الحكومة العراقية وبدعوة من الرئيس أحمد حسن البكر، وذكر البيان الصادر إثر انتهاء مؤتمر القمة إن المؤتمر ناقش الاتفاقيتين اللتين وقعتها الحكومة، وأن الشعب الفلسطيني وحقوق الأمة العربية في فلسطين والأراضي العربية المحتلة تمت خارج إطار المسئولية العربية، ولا سيما مقررات وميثاق الجامعة العربية وقرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بقضية فلسطين، ولا تؤديان إلى السلام العادل الذي تنشده الأمة العربية . Abstract (English): The Camp David accords provoked reactions from most Arab countries, a position crystallized at the ninth Arab summit held from 2 to 5 November 1978 at the initiative of the Iraqi government and at the invitation of President Ahmed Hassan al-Bakr. The conference examined the agreements signed between the government and the Palestinian people and the rights of the Arab nation in Palestine and the occupied Arab territories were outside the scope of the responsibility of the Arabs, particularly the decisions and the Charter of the League of Arab States and United Nations Resolutions on the Question of Palestine, Just Wanted by the Arab
