أثر الحي السكني في جنوح الأحداث

Résumé: لقد عالج الكثير من علماء الجريمة موضوع الحي و أبرزوا علاقته بتكوين السلوك الجانح. و تقوم غالبية الدراسات التي تناولت أثر الحي السكني في جنوح الأحداث على فرضية أساسية مفادها أن الجنوح أو السلوك المنحرف هما حصيلة تفاعل طويل يجري بين الأفراد و بين معظم المؤثرات الخارجية و الفرص و الظروف التي يهيئها الحي للأحداث ، و التي تتيح لهم أسباب الوقوع في الانحراف و الجنوح . من هذا المنطلق تحاول هذه الدراسة التعرف على الطابع الذي يأخذه الحي السكني و كيف يكون عاملا مؤثرا يسهم في انحراف و جنوح الأحداث We have addressed many of the schofars of crime and highlighted the issue of neighborhood Relationship in the formation of delinquent behavior. And the majority of studies on the impact of residential neighborhood in juvenile delinquency on the fundamental assumption that the delinquency or deviant behavior are the outcome of the interaction of long-being among individuals and between the most external influences, opportunities and conditions offered by the neighborhood of the events, which allows them the reasons for falling into the deviation and delinquency. From this point this study attempts to identify the character who takes the neighborhood and how to be a factor contributing to the delinquency and juvenile delinquency
