الحوكمة المائية وسياسات إدارة المياه في المنطقة العربية

Résumé: تحاول الدراسة التعرف على معضلة ندرة الموارد المائية في عالمنا العربي وأسباب العجز المائي المتوقع حدوثه في العديد من هذه الدول باعتبار أن "أزمة المياه هي أزمة أسلوب وإدارة " وهو الأمر الذي يفرض ضرورة إبتكار أساليب جديدة أكثر شمولاً وتكاملاً في التعامل مع الموارد المائية تعتمد على مزيج من الإجراءات المؤسسية والتشريعية والمعلوماتية برؤية إستراتيجية تتجاوز الحدود الإقليمية، وهذا من أجل ترشيد إدارة واستخدام المياه لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في العالم العربي. Abstract : This study attempts to identify the problem of scarcity of water resources in the Arab world, and the reasons for the water deficit is expected to occur in many of these countries, which imposes the need to invent new methods of a more comprehensive and integrated approach in dealing with water resources depends on a combination of institutional procedures, legislative and informatics vision strategy extraterritorial, in order to rationalize the management and use of water to achieve the goals of sustainable development in the Arab world.
