التصديق الإلكتروني آلية لإضفاء الحجية القانونية على التوقيع الالكتروني

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى التشريعات إلى حماية المعاملات الكترونية وجعلها أكثر أمان لتدعيم ثقة المتعاملين بها، يتأتى ذلك باستخدام تقنية التصديق الإلكتروني التي بموجبها يتم التحقق من هوية الموقع. كما يسمح التصديق الإلكتروني بإضفاء الحجية القانونية على التوقيع الإلكتروني بواسطة شهادة التصديق الالكتروني، لجعله توقيعاً موصوفاً يضاهي التوقيع التقليدي. هذا ما أخذ به المشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون رقم 15-04 المتعلق بالتوقيع والتصديق الألكترونيين. Abstract:Legislations aims to protect and secure electronic transactions in order to build customer confidence in them, by using electronic authentication and certification technology, according to which the identity of the parties is verified. Electronic certification also makes it possible to give legal authenticity to the electronic signature by means of an electronic certificate, making it a qualified signature comparable to the traditional signature. This is what the Algerian legislator took over through Law No. 15-04 relating to electronic signatures and certification
