التصكيك الأخضر رافد لدعم الاستثمار التنموي البيئي -تجارب رائدة-

Résumé: ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى بيان أهمية الصكوك الخضراء كأداة مبتكرة للتمويل الأخضر لدعم الفجوات التمويلية لمواجهة إشكالية تغير المناخ التي من شأنها أن تهدد الاستدامة في النظم البيئية و تبيان دورها كأداة لدعم البعد البيئي للتنمية في كل من ماليزيا و إندونيسيا تحقيقا لأهداف التنمية المستدامة. و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصكوك الخضراء قد ساهمت في إنجاز العديد من الاستثمارات في مجال تمويل الطاقات المتجددة والمشاريع الصديقة للبيئة كصكوك الطاقة الشمسية التي تحافظ على المحيط بخفض نسب انبعاث الكربون، على غرار التجربتين الرائدتين (اندونيسيا و ماليزيا) في إطار برامج منح صكوك الاستثمار الأخضر المستدام والمسؤول. Abstract : We aim through this research to demonstrate the importance of green sukuk as an innovative tool for green finance to support the financing gaps to confront the problem of climate change that threatens sustainability in ecosystems and to show its role as a tool to support the environmental dimension of development in both Malaysia and Indonesia in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development. The study concluded that green sukuk has contributed to the achievement of many investments in the field of financing renewable energies and environmentally friendly projects such as solar energy sukuk by preserving the ocean by reducing carbon emissions, similar to the two pioneering experiences (Indonesia and Malaysia) in the framework of the sukuk granting programs Sustainable and responsible green investment.
