تداولية الاستلزام الحواري في الخطاب القانوني

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن آلية اشتغال الاستلزام الحواري التخاطبي داخل منظومة الخطاب القانوني، وهذا باعتباره خطابا مميزا عن بقية الخطابات الأخرى، من حيث هيكلته ولغته ومقاصده والمشتركين فيه، وبناء على ما جاء به المنهج التداولي ومقارباته، من خلال البحث في دراسة اللّغة من حيث جانبها الاستعمالي الوظيفي، حاولنا البحث في حوارية الخطاب القانوني الذي يعد خطابا فاعلا في الحياة الاجتماعية، وفي عديد المؤسسات والهيئات الرّسمية، باعتبار صيغته التنظيمية والرسمية، وهذا انطلاقا من التطرق لمبحث الاستلزام الحواري، والبحث في إمكانية تجليه واشتغاله بين ثنايا الخطاب القانوني، ومدى مساهمته في نجاح العملية التواصلية. The research aims to reveal the working mechanism of the conversational imperative within the legal discourse system, and this is a discourse distinct from the rest of the other discourses, in terms of its structure, language, purposes and participants, and based on what was stated by the deliberative approach and its approaches, through research in the study of language in terms of its aspect. Functional use, we tried to research the legal discourse, which is an active discourse in social life, and in many institutions and official bodies, considering its organizational and official form, and this is based on addressing the topic of dialogic imperative, and looking into the possibility of its manifestation and its operation within the legal discourse, and the extent of its contribution to the success of the process communicative
