Résumé: تتناول الدراسة عملية إنشاء المؤسسة الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر و بالضبط على عينة من المقاولين الجدد بولاية برج بوعرريج ، ومن حيث هي عملية معقدة تحاول الدراسة الاجابة عن تساؤل جوهري حول : أهم العوامل المساعدة على خلق هذا النوع من المؤسسات في الجزائر و بالضبط تأثير الفضاء الاجتماعي في ذلك من خلال : - تأثير الفضاء الاجتماعي العائلي للمقاول في إنشاء المؤسسة الصغيرة والمتوسطة. - تأثير الحقل السياسي المؤسساتي في عملية إنشاء المؤسسة الصغيرة والمتوسطة. - معرفة ما إذا كان إنشاء هذا النوع من المؤسسات في الجزائر يتأثر باستخدام المقاول للحقل المعرفي الفكري. اعتمدت الدراسة على المقاربة النظرية لكل من :"بيار بورديو" و "مارك قرانوفيتر"، كما اعتمدنا على المنهج التفسيري و على تقنيات الاستبيان و المقابلة التي تم تطبيقها على عينة نمطية من المقاولين بولاية برج بوعريرج.The study focuses on the process of creating small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria, specifically on a sample of new entrepreneurs in the wilaya of Bordj Bou Arreridj, and as it is a complex process, the study tries to answer to a fundamental question on: the most important factors contributing to the creation of this type of business in Algeria and precisely the impact of the social space on it through: - The influence of the family social space of the entrepreneur in the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises. - The impact of the institutional political field on the process of creating small and medium-sized enterprises. - to know if the creation of this type of company in Algeria is affected by the use of the entrepreneur of the intellectual cognitive field. The study was based on the theoretical approach of “Pierre Bourdieu” and “Marc Granoveter”. We relied on the explanatory approach and on the questionnaire and interview techniques that were applied to a standard sample of entrepreneurs in the wilaya of Bordj Bou Arreridj.
