قياس الكفاءة النسبية لكليات جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة باستخدام التحليل التطويقي للبيانات(2015/2018)

Résumé: الهدف من هذا البحث هو محاولة تطبيق أسلوب تحليل التطويقي البيانات لقياس كفاءة كليات ومعاهد جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. كانت فترة الدراسة هي الأربع سنوات (2018:2015) التي تم توظيف مدخلين هما (عدد الطلاب وعدد الأساتذة الدائمين) ومخرجين من عدد المتخرجين لسانس و ماستر. مع استخدام نموذج العوائد الثابتة(CCR) والمتغيرة ذو التوجه الاخراجي(BCC) ، يُظهر أن كلية العلوم الاقتصاد والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير وكلية العلوم الطبيعة والحياة وكلية العلوم التطبيقية هم الوحيدين الذين حققو الكفاءة النسبية الكلية مقارنة بالكليات الأخرى ، مع أتباع التوجيهات الصادرة ، كما تم تحديد الكميات أو القيم التي يمكن تخفيضها في مدخلات حالات عدم الكفاءة ، والكميات أو القيم التي يمكن زيادتها في خريجي هذه الكليات لتحديد الكفاءةThe objective of this research is to try to apply the Data Envelopment Analysis method to measure the efficiency of the faculties and institutes of University Qasdi, Merabah and Ouargla.’.The study period was four years (2015: 2018), which employed two entries (the number of students and the number of permanent professors) and directors of the number of graduates of Baccalaureate and Master. With the use of CRS and BCC, the Faculty of Economics, Science and Management Sciences, Faculty of Life Sciences, and Faculty of Applied Sciences are the only ones to have achieved relative relative effectiveness with respect to other faculty. Determine the quantities or values that can be reduced in inputs to compensate for the inefficiencies, and the quantities or values that can be increased among graduates of these faculties to determine their effectiveness
