Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق إستراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية في تفعيل التطوير التنظيمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة تيسمسيلت، حيث تم تصميم استبانة وزعت على 60 فرد من الموظفين والعاملين بالمؤسسة من كل الفئات، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) لتطبيق إستراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية في تفعيل التطوير التنظيمي بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة تيسمسيلت، من خلال إستراتيجياتها المتمثلة في إستراتيجية التعلم التنظيمي وإستراتيجية تطوير المسار الوظيفي، وعدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعد إستراتيجية تدريب الموارد البشرية.Abstract : This study was aimed at identifying the impact of the implementation of the human resources development strategy on the operationalization of organizational development at the Algiers Telecommunications Foundation and the Tesmsilt Unit. in which a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 60 personnel and employees of the institution from all categories, The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact at the indicative level (0.05) for the implementation of the human resources development strategy in the operationalization of organizational development of the Algiers Telecommunications Corporation and the Tissemsilt Unit through its organizational learning strategy and career development strategy, The absence of a statistically significant impact of the human resources training strategy's dimension.
