The Dialectic Power And Terror Against Democracy In Noam Chomsky’s Theory. جدل القوة والرعب ضد الديمقراطية في نظرية نعوم تشومسكي.

Résumé: Abstract: This article deals with democracy problematic in its relations with moral principles, in the political world nowadays. So, the objective of this research is to analyse this important problem and critic all the practices of the world’s great powers such as USA, based on the opinions and ideas of Noam Chomsky. We have to define democracy according to some philosophers mainly Chomsky. Then, we move to analyse and critic the non-democratic tools: power, hegemony and terror, used in foreign policy of US. After that, we focus on the most important political problem today: Americanizing the world related to real democracy, according to Chomsky’s criticisms. الملخص: تعالج هذه الدراسة الاشكال الديمقراطي في علاقاته بالمبادئ الأخلاقية، في العالم السياسي راهنا. ومن خلال ذلك، علينا تحليل ذاتالاشكال الهام ونقد كل الممارسات المقترفة من طرف القوى العظمى في العالم كالولايات المتحدة الامريكية، معتمدين في ذلك علىأفكار واراء نعوم تشومسكي. ومنه نحدد أولا مفهوم الديمقراطية عند مجموعة من الفلاسفة وخاصة تشومسكي. بعد ذلك، نعرج علىىتحليل ونقد الاليات اللاديمقراطية: القوة، الهيمنة والرعب المستخدم في السياسة الخارجية لامريكا. ثم نركز على اهم مشكل سياسياليوم: امركة العالم في علاقته بالديمقراطية الحقيقية حسب نظرة وانتقادات نعوم تشومسكي.
