Résumé: تعتبر الوكالات السياحية واجهة للقطاع السياحي التي تعمل على تسويق الوجهة السياحية، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفه واقع التسويق الالكتروني في الوكالات السياحية عبر دراسة عينة من الوكالات السياحية في الوادي حيث نبرز في هذه الدراسة أهميه ومميزات التسويق الالكتروني والمعوقات التي يجب الوقوف عليها ودور التسويق الالكتروني الذي يلعبه في ترقيه الخدمات السياحية من خلال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال حيث تلاقت فيها عروض الخدمات السياحية من خلال شبكه الانترنت مع رغبات السائحين الراغبين في قبول هاته الخدمات السياحية المقدمة عبر شبكه الانترنت .والتطرق الى النصوص والتشريعات القانونية الموجهة للوكالات السياحية The travel agencies are considered the interface of the tourism sector that works on marketing tourism. This study aimed to understand the reality of e- marketing in travel agencies through a sample study of travel agencies in the Wadi area. In this study, we highlight the importance and advantages of e- marketing, the obstacles that need to be addressed, and the role of e-marketing in upgrading tourism services through the use of information and communication technology. It encompasses the presentation of tourism service offerings through the Internet and catering to the desires of tourists who are willing to accept these services provided through the Internet. The study also touches upon the texts and legal regulations directed towards travel agencies
