استخدام نموذج البرمجة الخطية بالأهداف في اتخاذ القرار الإنتاجي - دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية الجزائرية Lfb (ملبنة ومجبنة بودواو)-

Résumé: ملخص: تقوم هذه الورقة البحثية بتطبيق نوعين من نماذج البرمجة الخطية بالأهداف (برمجة الأهداف الليكسيكوغرافية وبرمجة تدنئة الانحرافات) على المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية (LFB) لإنتاج الحليب ومشتقاته، وحلها باستخدام برنامج (Win QSB). تم استخدام هذا الأسلوب بهدف توضيح مدى مساهمته في اتخاذ القرار الإنتاجي باعتباره جوهر العملية الإدارية لأنه يساهم بشكل أساسي في تمكين الإدارة من مزاولة أنشطتها بكفاءة وفعالية، وفي نفس الوقت الاستغلال الأمثل لمواردها المتاحة. كما يتميز هذا الاسلوب أنه من بين الأساليب الأكثر نجاحا في التعامل مع مسائل الواقع العملي التي غالبا ما تتسم بالتعقيد نظرا لتحقق عدة أهداف في أن واحد تحت مجموعة من القيود. Abstract: This Article implements two types of linear programming models with objectives (lexicalographic programming and decreasing deviations programming) over the Algerian economic establishment LFB for the production of milk and its derivatives, and its solution using Win QSB. This method has been used to clarify the extent to which it contributes to productive decision-making as the core of the administrative process because it contributes mainly to enabling the administration to conduct its activities efficiently and effectively, in the same time optimizing the use of available resources. It is also one of the most successful methods of dealing with practical issues, which are often complex, given that several goals are achieved under one set of limitations.
