دور القيادة التحويلية في تنمية مهارات العاملين دراسة حالة: المؤسسة الجزائرية للأنسجة الصناعية والتقنية(eatit) بالمسيلة.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر القيادة التحويلية بأبعادها الخمسة (التأثير المثالي، الدفع الإلهامي، الاعتبار الفردي، الاستثارة الفكرية، التمكين) في تنمية مهارات العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية للأنسجة الصناعية والتقنية (EATIT) بالمسيلة. وبغرض تحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تم توزيعه على عينة قدرها 85 عامل، وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها إن تبني مؤسسة(EATIT) لنمط القيادة التحويلية كان بدرجة متوسطة كما أنه توجد علاقة أثر لنمط القيادة التحويلية بمختلف أبعادها في تنمية مهارات العاملين حيث كان لبعد الدفع الإلهامي الأثر الأكبر في تنمية مهارات العاملين مقارنة بالأبعاد الأخرى. This study aims to clarify the impact of transformational leadership in its five dimensions (exemplary effect, inspirational motivation, individual considerations, intellectual arousal, and empowerment) on developing the skills of workers in the Algerian Foundation for Industrial and Technical Tissues (EATIT) in al-M’sila. In order to achieve this goal, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data, as it was distributed to a sample of 85 workers, and in the end the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that EATIT's adoption of the transformational leadership style was of a medium degree and that there is an impact relationship of the transformational leadership style with various Its dimensions in developing the skills of workers, as the inspirational motivation dimension had the greatest impact on developing the skills of workers compared to other dimensions.
