Résumé: تشكل رسائل أبناء الأعيان الجزائريين في فرنسا المتبادلة مع أسرهم أو الإدارة الفرنسية خلال الفترة 1843-1845؛ مادة مصدرية هامة لكتابة تاريخ مظهر خطير في السياسة الاستعمارية والمرتبط أساسا بعملية نقل أطفال جزائريين لعائلات مرموقة إلى باريس بحجّة تعليمهم. إن مضمون هذه الرسائل المتبادلة لهؤلاء الأطفال والتقارير المرتبطة بمدير المدرسة التي أرسلوا إليها ضمن محتويات أرشيف اكس بروفانس، تبرز لنا ظاهرة اختطاف للطفولة البريئة واستخدامها كوسيلة ضغط على آبائهم لكي يتم إخضاعهم لسلطة المحتل الفرنسي.
