الخطاب الإندماجي لدى النخبة اللّيبرالية الجزائرية ما بين 1919-1945-the Integrationist Discourse Of The Algerian Liberal Elite Between 1919-1945

Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: أفرزت السياسة الفرنسية في الجزائرية ظهور نخبة جزائرية ذات فكر وثقافة غربية، اتّخذَت من مبادئ الفكر الليبرالي والثورة الفرنسية من المساواة والحرية والأخوة سلاحا لمواجهة سياسة الإدارة الإستعمارية والمستوطنين الفرنسيين في الجزائر. ورأت أنّ معاناة الشعب الجزائري لا تتمّ إلا من خلال اندماجهم في الأمة الفرنسية. إلّا أنّ الطّرح الإندماجي الذي تبنّته النخبة الليبرالية لم يكن كما أرادت؛ فاختلاف المجتمع الجزائري عن المجتمع الفرنسي فكريا وثقافيا وعقائديا، إضافة إلى الإختلاف الفكري والإيديولوجي لعناصر النخبة الليبرالية، ورفْض الشعب الجزائري الإندماج في أمة أجنبية عنه؛ كل تلك الأسباب أدّت إلى فشل الأطروحة الإندماجية للتيّار الليبرالي الجزائري. وقد تميّزت مرحلة ما بين الحربين بظهور النّزعة الإندماجية لدى عناصر النخبة الليبرالية التي تخرّجت من مدارس فرنسا وجامعاتها، فكان منهم النواب المنتخَبون والأطباء والصيادلة والمتجنِّسون. Abstract: The policy of the colonial administration and the French settlers in Algeria allowed the rise of an Algerian elite with Western cultural ideologies, who used the principles of liberal thought and the French Revolution of equality, freedom, and brotherhood as a weapon to oppose the policy of the colonial administration and the French settlers in Algeria. Consequently, they thought that the best method to stop the suffering of the Algerian people is to integrate with France. By the same token, the liberal elite’s integrative strategy did not receive the anticipated results due to the intellectual and ideological differences between members of the liberal elite and the Algerian people’s resistance. In the same line of thought, Algerian society diverged from French society intellectually, culturally, and ideologically which led to the failure of the integration. The time between the two wars was characterized by the advent of the integrationist trend among members of the liberal elite who graduated from France’s schools and colleges, including elected representatives, physicians, pharmacists, and the nationalized.
