Résumé: الملخص : لقد كفل المشرع الجزائري للدائن الحاجز إمكانية توقيع الحجز على العقارات غير المشهرة، سعيا منه لتعزيز مركزه. لهذا يمكن لطالب التنفيذ بعد المرور بالمراحل المسطرة في قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية، توقيع الحجز على العقارات غير المشهرة المملوكة للمنفذ عليه. الكلمات المفتاحية:الدائن الحاجز – المدين المنفذ عليه – العقار غير المشهر-العقد العرفي –التنفيذ. Abstract: The Algerian legislator has secured the barrier to enforce the unrecognized property in an effort to strengthen its status. Therefore, the applicant may, after passing through the stages stipulated in the provisions of the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure, the seizure of the property not owned by the executor. key words:Barrier creditor - debtor executing it - non-famous property - customary contract - execution.
