الأمن الإنساني وتحديات جائحة كورونا Covid-19

Résumé: ملخص : كشف فيـروس كورونا المستجد المعروف اختصارا بـ COVID-19 ، الذي ظهر في 29 ديسمبر2019 بمدينة ووهان الصينية، عن أزمة إنسانية واسعة النطاق،متعددة الأبعاد والآثار، صحيا،اقتصاديا واجتماعيا. أزمة غيـر مسبوقة في التاريخ المعاصر، بالنظر لامتدادها الجغرافي والزمني وشمولها لكافة بلدان العالم دون استثناء، وقد كانت لها تداعيات بالغة الأثر على مكونات وأبعاد الأمن الإنساني لاسيما: الأمن الصحي، الأمن الغذائي والأمن الاقتصادي، الأشد تأثرا بهذا الفيـروس الفتاك وبالتدابير الاحترازية والوقائية المتخذة للحد من تفشيه وسياسات الإغلاق الشامل والحجر المنزلي وتعطيل النشاطات الاقتصادية المنتهجة عبـر كافة البلدان لاسيما خلال سنة 2020 . Abstract: The emerging coronavirus, known as COVID-19 for short, which appeared on December 29, 2019 in the Chinese city of Wuhan, revealed a large-scale humanitarian crisis, with multiple dimensions, health, economic and social impacts. A crisis unprecedented in contemporary history, given its geographical and temporal extension and its inclusion in all countries of the world without exception, and which has had profound repercussions on the components and dimensions of human security, in particular : the health security, food security and economic security most affected by this deadly virus and the precautionary and preventive measures taken to limit the spread of the virus, its appearance, its complete closure policies, its home quarantine and the disruption of economic activities in all countries, especially in the year 2020.
