Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مساهمة الاتصال العمومي في تعزيز السياحية المحلية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، من خلال تحليل مضمون صفحة الفيسبوك الخاصة بمديرية السياحة لولاية سطيف وذلك برصد الخصائص التي تضيفها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لعملية الترويج السياحي والتعرف على الجمهور المستهدف من هذه الصفحة والكشف على أهدافها، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم الاعتماد على منهج تحليل المضمون لملائمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن المنصات الاجتماعية مكنت المؤسسة العمومية من استقبال تفاعل المستخدمين عبر خاصية الإعجاب والتعليق والمشاركة، كما سمحت للقائمين على الصفحة بالتعريف بالمناطق السياحية المحلية والترويج لها باستعمال مختلف الوسائط المتعددة من صور، فيديوهات، كاريكاتير، رسوم، روابط الكترونية وغيرها. Summary: This study aims to learn about the contribution of public communication to the promotion of local tourism through social media platforms By analysing the content of the Facebook page of the Department of Tourism of the State of Setif by identifying the characteristics that social media sites add to the tourism promotion process and identifying the target audience of this page and disclosing its objectives. To achieve these goals, the content analysis approach is based on its relevance to the nature of this study. One of the most important findings was that social platforms enabled the public institution to receive users' interaction through the function of liking, commenting and participating, It also allowed page keepers to introduce and promote local tourist areas using various multimedia images, videos, comics, fees, electronic links and others.
