جدلية تكوين إطار مفاهيمي لريادة الأعمال والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجزائر

Résumé: تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على مختلف الأدبيات النظرية التي تناولت موضوعي ريادة الأعمال والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودورهما في التنمية الاقتصادية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن كل من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة و ريادة الاعمال تهدف إلى المساهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وهناك تقاطع نسبي بينهما من خلال خلق المؤسسات والابتكار والإبداع والنمو وخلق الثروة بمستويات متباينة، أي نجد مستويات أعلى من الابتكار والإبداع وتحقيق الثروة والنمو السريع، كخصائص لريادة الاعمال حتى وإنْ وجدت بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة فهي تكاد تكون أساسَ ريادة الأعمال. This study highlights the theoretical literature dealing with the themes of entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises and their role in economic development. The study found that small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurship aim to contribute to economic and social development, and that there is a relative intersection between them through business creation, innovation, creativity, growth and wealth creation at different levels, that is, we find higher levels of innovation and creativity, wealth creation and rapid growth, as characteristics of entrepreneurial spirit, although they exist in small and medium-sized enterprises, are almost the basis of entrepreneurship.
