Résumé: ملخص : يعد إقليم الزاب أحد أهم الأقاليم الجغرافية ببلاد المغرب ، فهذا المجال الجغرافيا الذي شغل حيزا شاسعا من البلاد عرف في القديم باسم إقليم نوميديا و بعد الفتح الإسلامي تحولت التسمية إلى الزاب ، عرف الإقليم نشاطا اقتصاديا كبيرا فكانت الزراعة أحد أهم أنشطة سكان الإقليم ، فتنوعت المزروعات و المنتوجات الفلاحية بفضل توفر عدة عوامل طبيعية و بشرية طيلة العصر الوسيط . Abstract : The province of Zab is one of the most important geographical regions in the country of maghreb, this area of geography, which occupied a large area of the country was known in the old name of the province of Numidia and after the Islamic period has been renamed to Zab, the region has known a large economic activity was agriculture one of the most important activities of the population of the region, Agricultural products thanks to the availability of several natural and human factors throughout the Middle Ages.
