استراتيجية التحول الرقمي وأثرها في تعزيز التميز التنظيمي( دراسة ميدانية بالصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء بولاية الجلفة)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تبني استراتيجية التحول الرقمي في تعزيز التميز التنظيمي بالصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الاجراء بولاية الجلفة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبيان وتوزيعه على عينة تشمل 40إطار وذلك من أجل جمع المعلومات وتحليلها من خلال برنامج Spss25 وخلصت الدرسة إلى: أن مستوى تبني استراتيجية التحول الرقمي ومستوى إدارك التميز التنظيمي كان متوسطا، وأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية α≤0.05 لتحول الرقمي بأبعاده في تعزيز التميز التنظيمي بالصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء. The study aimed to know the impact of adopting a digital transformation strategy in enhancing organizational excellence at the national social insurance Fund for social insurance for workers in the state of djelfa, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used and the questionnaire was used and distributed, The study concluded: The leevel of adoption strategy and the level of perception of organizational excellence was moderate and that there was a statistically significant effect of digital transformation in its dimensions in enhancing organizational excellence at the National Fund for social insurance for workers
