Résumé: يتحكم في عملية اختيار عنوان البحث العلمي معايير ذاتية متصلة وخاصة بنفسية الباحث ومدى استعداداته ومقدرته العلمية، ونوعية تخصصه العلمي وطبيعة موقفه ومركزه الوظيفي والمهني، وكذا ظروفه الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، بالإضافة إليها هناك عوامل ومعايير موضوعية التي تتوقف عملية اختيار موضوع البحث عليها ومن أهمها القيمة العلمية للموضوع محل البحث، وأسس وأهداف سياسة الوطنية للبحث العلمي، ومدى توفر المصادر والمراجع العلمية لموضوع البحث العلمي، كلها مقايسس تتحكم في كل من الباحث والأستاذ المشرف. إن الاختيار الصائب للموضوع ولعنوان البحث، يفرض الالتزام بجملة من الاعتبارات منها أن يكون العنوان دالا على موضوع الدراسة ويعبر تعبيرا واضحا ودقيقا عليها، مع الحرص على أن لا يكون العنوان طويلا ولا قصيرا يخل بمحتوى البحث، وعلى الباحث استخدام لغة واصطلاحات علمية من التخصص وعبارات واضحة عند صياغته، وللعنوان علاقة بأجزاء البحث العلمي من الإشكالية، المقدمة، مضمون البحث، الخاتمة وأخيرا المصادر والمراجع. The process of selecting the title of scientific research is controlled by subjective criteria related especially to the researcher's psychology, preparedness and scientific ability and the quality of his scientific specialization and the nature of his position and his career and professional status, as well as his social and economic conditions In addition, there are objective factors and criteria on which the selection process of the subject matter depends, the most important of which is the scientific value of the subject matter in question. The basis and objectives of the National Policy on Scientific Research, and the availability of scientific sources and references to the subject of scientific research, are all measurements that control both the researcher and the supervising professor. The right choice of topic and the title of the research imposes, inter alia, the obligation to indicate and express clearly and accurately the subject matter of the study, With care that the title is neither long nor short, the search content is compromised and the researcher should use scientific language and terminology from the specialization and clear phrases when drafting it, The title relates to the scientific research parts of the problem, presented, the content of the research, the conclusion and, lastly, the sources and references.
