Enicab التفكير الإستراتيجي للأفراد ومساهمته في دعم فعالية مراقبة التسيير: حالة مؤسسة صناعة الكوابل الكهربائية

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع مهم وحديث في إدارة المنظمات وهو التفكير الإستراتيجي،والذي يعبر على القدرة على توحيد مختلف الرؤى والتوجهات، والأخذ في الاعتبار الماضي والحاضر والمستقبل، مع الإشارة إلى ضرورة توافر القدرات والمهارات اللازمة عند جميع أفراد المنظمة وضمن جميع المستويات التنظيمية، وذلك لاستيعاب كل تلك المعطيات وتقييم المعلومات والمخرجات من خلال مناظير علمية وحيوية وإبداعية وأخلاقية منظمة، ويعتبر هذا التفكير داعم أساسي لمراقبة التسيير ومتطلب أساسي من أجل أن تكون ذات فعالية ومقدرة على تحقيق الأهداف التي وضعت من أجلها مثل تقييم الأداء وضمان التوافق بين المستويات الإدارية المختلفة. وفي جانب الدراسة الميدانية في مؤسسة ENICABوالمطبقة على عينة من الأفراد، فقد تناولت هذه الورقة البحثيةالعلاقة بين التفكير الإستراتيجي للأفراد وفعالية مراقبة التسيير وذلك من خلال معامل الإرتباط الذي كان طردي وذو معنوية إحصائية، بالإضافةإلى ذلك فقد تم دراسة العلاقة السببية بين متغيري الدراسة من خلال الانحدار بحيث وجد أن التفكير الإستراتيجي للأفراد يساهم في دعم فعالية مراقبة التسيير This study deals with an important and modern topic in the management of organizations which is strategic thinking, which reflects the ability to unify the different visions and directions, taking into account the past, present and future, with reference to the need for the necessary capabilities and skills in all members of the organization and at all organizational levels, These data and the evaluation of information and outputs through scientific, dynamic, creative and ethical perspectives organized, and this thinking is a basic support for monitoring the management and a basic requirement for the effectiveness and ability to achieve the objectives for which it was designed such as performance evaluation and ensuring the compatibility between different administrative levels. However in ENICAB field study, which is applied to a sample of individuals, the research paper dealt with the relationship between strategic thinking of individuals and the effectiveness of management control through the correlation coefficient which was a direct and statistically significant. In addition, Through the regression so that it was found that the strategic thinking of individuals contributes to support the effectiveness of management control
