نمذجة قياسية لأثر التدفقات المالية الدولية على نصيب الفرد من إجمالي الناتج المحلي في دول المغرب العربي باستخدام نموذج (panel Ardl) خلال الفترة (1990– 2022)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى نمذجة أثر التدفقات المالية الدولية على نصيب الفرد من إجمالي الناتج المحلي في دول المغرب العربي قياسياً خلال الفترة (1990-2022)، باستخدام نموذج (Panel ARDL)، وذلك لغرض تبيان التأثيرات قصيرة المدى وطويلة المدى لـلتدفقات المالية الدولية على نصيب الفرد من إجمالي الناتج المحلي في الجزائر والمغرب وتونس، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طويلة المدى لأن معامل تصحيح الخطأ سالب وذات دلالة إحصائية، وبينت نتيجة تقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ في إطار Panel ARDL بطريقة PMGE، أنه على المدى القصير والطويل يؤثر كل من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر واستثمارات الحافظة والمساعدات الإنمائية والتحويلات الشخصية تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي على نصيب الفرد من إجمالي الناتج المحلي. Abstract This research paper aimed to model the impact of international financial flows on the per capita GDP in the Arab Maghreb countries during the period (1990-2022), using the (Panel ARDL) model, for the purpose of demonstrating the short-term and long-term effects of international financial flows on the share of GDP per capita in the Maghreb countries. GDP per capita in Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia, The study concluded that there is a long-term relationship because the error correction factor is negative and statistically significant, and showed the result of estimating the error correction model within the Panel ARDL framework using the PMGE method. In the short and long term, foreign direct investment, portfolio investments, development aid, and personal remittances have a positive and significant impact on the per capita GDP.
