تفكيك الهجرة غير الشرعية: دراسة في المفهوم

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تفكيك مفهوم الهجرة غير الشرعية وتبيان الفرق بينه وبين المصطلحات الشبيهة به، وذلك من خلال إيجاد إطاراً يُعتدُّ به لفهم تعقيدات التركيبة المفاهمية والتي يعتبرها البعض أنها أدت إلى بروز لبسٍ في فهم المصطلح. وفي سبيل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على نظرية ما بعد الاستعمار للوقوف على جوانب الموضوع كافة، وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أنّ مفهوم الهجرة غير الشرعية هو مفهوم دخيل على الإنسانية. كلمات مفتاحية: الهجرة غير الشرعية، الاتجار بالأشخاص، تهريب المهاجرين، نظرية ما بعد الاستعمار. Abstract: This study aims to deconstruct the concept of illegal immigration and clarify the difference between it and similar terminology, by creating a reliable framework for understanding the complexities of the conceptual structure, which some consider has led to the emergence of ambiguity in the understanding of the term. To achieve the goal of this study, the post-colonial theory has been relied upon to determine all aspects of the topic.
