دور الصيرفة الإلكترونية في تطوير العمل المصرفي -دراسة تحليلية لواقع وجهود تطوير الصيرفة الإلكترونية في الجزائر-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الصيرفة الالكترونية في تطوير العمل المصرفي، حيث تم التطرق إلى مختلف المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بالصيرفة الإلكترونية من أشكالها وأنواعها إضافة إلى أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالخدمة المصرفية، وإبراز العلاقة بين الخدمات المصرفية والصيرفة الالكترونية في الجزائر. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر سعت إلى بذل مجهودات كبيرة من أجل تطبيق نظام الصيرفة الالكترونية وتقديم الخدمات المصرفية بمختلف أنواعها بالاعتماد على شبكة الأنترنت بدلا من الطرق العادية، لكن رغم المجهودات المبذولة لتحقيق هذا السعي، فهي لا تزال تعاني البطء في عملية التحول نحو الصيرفة الإلكترونية. Abstract: This study aims to know the role of the electronic banking in the development of the banking business where diffrent basic concepts were discussed which are related to electronic banking in terns of their forms and types, In addition to the most important concepts related to banking services and highlighting the relationship between banking service and electronic banking in Algeria. This study concluded that Algeria sought to make great efforts in order to implement the electronic banking system and providing banking services of all kinds by relying on the internet instead of the regular methoods. However,despite the efforts made to acheive this persuit, it is still suffering from the slow proeess of transitioning towards electronic banking.
