المجتمع ،العائلة والموصوم اجتماعيا بالإجرام في الجزائر إنتاج أم عدم إنتاج ؟

Résumé: الملخص: إن مقاربة الواقع الاجتماعي تقتضي من الباحث أن يكون على دراية كافية بما يحيط به من وقائع ومتغيرات لما يتميز به هذا الواقع من تعقيدات يصعب أحيانا تفكيكها وعليه جاءت دراستنا هذه لمحاولة،تفكيك العلاقة بين الجريمة و المجتمع على المستوى الكلي ، أما على المستوى الخاص فأردنا فهم طبيعة العلاقة التفاعلية بين الموصوم بالإجرام و بين مجاله الاجتماعي الأصلي و نظرا لما ينطوي عليه الواقع الاجتماعي في الجزائر من تصورات و تمثلات اجتماعية حول الموصوم اجتماعيا مهما كانت طبيعة هذه الوصمة التي يحملها وما يترتب على ذلك من هويات فردية ،فان فهمها وتحليلها يتطلب أدوات نظرية و منهجية علمية ناجعة تسمح للباحث أن يغوص في أغوار الموصوم لفهم أفعاله و طبيعة تفاعلاته في مجاله الأصلي و في المجالات الاجتماعية الاخرى التي باتت تؤثر على كيفية تشكل هويته ،بتجاوز الطرح القانوني لمفهوم الوصم و تأسيس لفهم سوسيولوجي أكثر عمقا و أصالة للوصم الاجتماعي و الموصوم في الجزائر و إيجاد إجابات علمية للمشكلات المطروحة فيما يخص انتاج واعادة إنتاج الإجرام في المجتمع الجزائري .
