القواعد الفنية لرص البضائع في السفينة

Résumé: عقد النقل البحري كغيره من العقود يرتب إلتزامات في حق طرفيه و من بينها الإلتزام برص البضائع و يعني ترتيب و تستيف البضائع في الأماكن المخصصة لها في السفينة من أجل نقلها عن طريق البحر، و للرص قواعد فنية متعارف عليها يجب التقيد بها بمراعاة نوع و حجم و وزن البضائع و كدا أشكالها وطبيعة نقلها إما على سطح السفينة أو في الحاويات، و تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الرص المعيب قد يؤدي إلى خسائر و أضرار جسيمة سواء للبضائع أو بأمن و إستقرار السفينة. The contract of maritime transport like the other contracts, establishes obligations in the law of both parties, including the obligation of stowage of the goods is the arrangement of the goods in the places assigned to them in the ship for the maritime transport, and the stowage to technical rules must be followed by observing the type, size and weight of the goods, their shapes and the nature of their transport on deck or in containers, it should be noted that defective stowage can lead to serious loss and damage, either for the goods or for the safety and stability of the ship.
