Résumé: This study aims to highlight the role of digital transformation in enhancing financial inclusion. Due to the nature and objectives of the topic, we relied on a descriptive method to describe the concepts related to digital ansformation and financial inclusion. We presented and analyzed financial inclusion indicators in the context of digital transformation, to demonstrate the contribution of digital transformation in enhancing financial inclusion. We used a comparative study approach between Algeria and the UAE to compare the contribution of these countries.This study concluded that there is a significant difference between the two countries, as the UAE has achieved significant progress in digital transformation and financial inclusion, while Algeria needs to make more efforts and investments to improve and reduce the significant gap between them and advanced nations
