Résumé: ملخص: سنحاول خلال هاته الورقة البحثية تقديم تصور مستفيض لأدوار العمل الجمعوي باعتباره واحدا من الآليات المعترف بها كفاعل وشريك في تفعيل قضايا المجتمعات لاسيما مجتمعات العالم الثالث التي ننتمي إليها وذلك بربط فكرة تفعيل المواطنة بطبيعة أنشطة الجمعيات ضمن المجتمع المدني الذي يحتويها. Abstract: In this paper, we will attempt to present a broad understanding of the roles of the collective action as one of the recognized mechanisms as an actor and partner in activating the issues of societies, especially our third world communities, by linking the idea of activating citizenship with the nature of the activities of associations within the civil society that it contains.
