Résumé: Conventions modifying the contractual responsibility concretis es at best the concept of the authority of administration giving for the parts of the contractual union the freedom of modifying based on dispositions of the contractual responsibility,and this , by diffesrent degrees of modification , either by the total exemption or by lightring their effects or even tightning of thier rules, however,the jurisprudence and the law valiant on preserve the contractual stability between the parts by establis hing limits to contrôle these conventions modifying the rules of the contractual responsibility aiming for to protect the weak part in this contract ,and this , without prejudging the public order and good practices ,that the error of the beneficiairy of the convention is not being severe or that he doesn’t producing cheating , inaddition , without damage the modification that it’sthe most essential engagement of the contract.
