Decision Support Systems And Business Intelligence Systems And Their Impact On Improving Decision-making In Jordanian Hospitals: Case Study On King Abdullah University Hospital

Résumé: This study aimed to study the role of Decision Support Systems & Business Intelligence in Decision Making Process at King Abdulla First Hospital. The study concluded with some results, the most apparent that decision support systems and business intelligence available at high rates, and there is significant statistical relationship between decision support systems, business intelligence and decision making process at (α ≤ 0.01), there is also significant effect of decision support systems and business intelligence on decision making process. At the end, the study suggested some recommendations, updating abilities and use Decision Support Systems & Business Intelligence in Decision Making Process; in addition, top management and employees have to believe in the role of Decision Support Systems & Business Intelligence and its importance in decision making, also recommended concentrate on decision making process phases especially intelligence, design, and selection phases. decision support systems, business intelligence, decision making process, King Abdulla First Hospital, Jordan.
