تأثير الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على سلوك العمال داخل الشركة –دراسة حالة شركة الاتصالات "نجمة" في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى تقديم نموذج لتقييم أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على سلوك العمال داخل الشركة – اقتراح نموذج مع دراسة تطبيقية لشركة الاتصالات " نجمة " في الجزائر، مع اختبار بعض علاقاته من خلال تحديد العلاقة بين درجة مرونة الاجر للتغير في الاداء الناتج عن اكتساب العامل لمهارات وخبرات جديدة خلال التدريب. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أهمية المتغيرات غير الاقتصادية بجانب المتغيرات الاقتصادية في التأثير على العلاقة بين مرونة الأجر والمزايا للتغير في مستوى الأداء الناتج من التدريب، وأهمية سياستي التدريب والأجور في التأثير على مدى انتماء العامل للشركة. Abstract: The aim of this study is to provide a model that measure the effects of investment in human capital on the behavior of the employees of "NADJMA" cellar phone company in Algeria. It examines the effects of skills resulting from the training on the wages and labor turnover. The model determines the type, strength and the sensibility of the relationship between the changes of wages and the level of individual performance resulting from training. The study found several results, but the must important ones are as follows: First, the role of the economical and other factors on the relationship between the changes of wages and the improvements of the level of individual performance resulting from training. Second, the importance of training and wage policies on extend loyalty to the company.
