Résumé: تعتبر منظومة أحمد بن حسن بن الخطيب الشهير بابن قنفذ القسنطيني المتوفى عام (740هـ 810 هـ / 1339م ،1407م) ، من المخطوطات العلمية النادرة لعلماء الجزائر الأجلاء، جديدة في ميدانها وتخصصها، مفيدة للباحثين في شأن الطب وخبايا الأغذية، مُهِمٌة لمن شَأنُهُ البحث في تاريخ التراث العلمي للمغرب الكبير والأندلس وبالخصوص في فن المخطوطات العلمية التي ساهم فيها علماء الجزائر منذ بزوغ فجر التأليف إلى زماننا هذا.
