Résumé: ملخص: تمتلك الجزائر موقعا إستراتيجيا هاما فهي بوابة القارة الإفريقية من الشمال، و مركز تجاري عسكري و تجاري هام في الحوض الغربي للبحر الأبيض المتوسط، و لذلك كانت محط أنظار العديد من الدول الاستعمارية التي كانت تسعى للسيطرة عليها، و من أهم هذه الدول فرنسا و إنجلترا اللتان تنافستا في ذلك،لكن فرنسا كانت أكثر إصرار و تخطيطا، و يظهر لنا ذلك جليا من خلال سعيها الدائم للتقرب للجزائر، من أجل الحفاظ على حظوظها، و قد خططت لاحتلال الجزائر منذ أمد بعيد لذلك أرسلت جواسيسها لوضع مشاريع لتنفيذ هدفها الاستعماري، و تضاعفت المشاريع في الخمسين سنة الأخيرة قبل الاحتلال الفعلي . Abstract Algeria has an important strategic location, as it is the gateway to the African continent, and its center is important in the western basin of the Mediterranean, so it was the focus of attention of many colonial countries, and among the most important of these countries were France and England, which competed in that, but France was more persistent and this is evident. Through its endeavor to get closer to Algeria, in order to preserve its fortunes, and it planned to occupy Algeria long ago, so it sent its spies to set up occupation projects, and the projects doubled in the last fifty years before the occupation
