البعد الإقتصادي لتنامي ظاهرة الاخطاء الطبية في المستشفيات الجزائرية

Résumé: الملخص : إن موضوع الأخطاء الطبية من أكثر المواضيع إنتشارا نظرا للإحصائيات الكثيرة التي تنبأ بتفاقم هذه الظاهرة وتزايد حجمها ، هذا ما أدى بالباحثين في مختلف المجالات إلى التقصي حول الأسباب الحقيقية التي تعود وراء إنتشار هذه الظاهرة ، ذلك بإعتبار أن الأخطاء الطبية من المشكلات الخطيرة التي تهدد سلامة وأمن المجتمع وتسبب له خلالا في القطاع الصحي وربما تقوده إلى الإنهيار . إن للأخطاء الطبية آثار على الجانب الإقتصادي يتمثل أساسا في فقدان المورد البشري أو إعاقته بإعتباره أساس الحياة الإقتصادية، إضافة إلى الخسائر المادية الكبيرة جراء تعويضات الأخطاء الطبية وغيرها من النقاط التي سنتعرض لها في هذه الورقة البحثية . الكلمات المفتاحية : الخطأ ، الخطأ الطبي ، المؤسسة الإستشفائية ، الطب ، إقتصاديات الصحة . Abstract : The issue of medical errors is one of the most prevalent topics due to the many statistics that predicted that predected a terrible progress and horrible increase of this phenomenon. This led researchers in various fields to investigate the real reasons behind the spread of this phenomenon, considering that medical errors are serious problems that threaten safety and security. Society and causing it through the health sector and may lead to collapse. Medical errors have an economic impact mainly on the loss or disruption of the human resource as the basis of economic life, in addition to the substantial material losses resulting from the compensation of medical errors and other points that will be presented in this paper.
