تحليلية السلطة ومظاهرها عند ميشيل فوكو

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد مفهوم تحليلية السلطة وبيان أهم تمظهراتها عند المفكر الفرنسي ميشيل فوكو ، الذي يأبى حصر هذا المفهوم في شقه السياسي فقط ، اذ توصلنا من خلال دراستنا هذه الى أن السلطة مفهوم لا يمكن حصره في علاقة الدولة بالشعب والتي تتمظهر بصورة القانون وكل المفاهيم النسقية التي تصب في ذات السياق بل، بالعكس من ذلك، فالسلطة محايثة للواقع ذات طبيعة استراتيجية تعبر عن علاقات القوى بين عدة أطراف، فهي متواجدة في كافة الجسد الاجتماعي، إنتاجية تنتج المعارف قبل أن تمارس القمع، فالعقل السلطوي عقل شائك يشمل جميع المؤسسات الاجتماعية ويتمظهر في المعرفة وفي الخطاب وفي المرض مهما كان نوعه. This study aims to define the concept of analytic power and to clarify its most important manifestations according to the French thinker Michel Foucault, who refuses to limit this concept to its political aspect only. As we concluded through this study that power is a concept that cannot be limited to the relationship of the state with the people, which is manifested in the form of law and all systemic concepts that flow in the same context. Rather, on the contrary, power is imitative to reality of a strategic nature that expresses the power relations between several parties, it is present in the entire social body, a productivity that produces knowledge before it exercises oppression.
