الأداء الصحفي الرياضي بالجرائد الرياضية الجزائرية في ظل القانون 12/05 المتعلق بالإعلام

Résumé: الملخص: تسعى الدراسة التي بين أيدينا إلى دراسة أداء الصحفيين الرياضيين بناء على التغيرات التي طرأت على قانون الإعلام 12/05، الذي خرج بصيغته النهائية بالدراسة والتحليل، لمحاولة الكشف عن كل ما من شأنه التأثير على مستوى الأداء الصحفي الرياضي، على اعتبار أن هذا الأخير-الإعلام الرياضي- جزء من الإعلام العام، وبالتالي فان كل ما يتعلق بالإعلام العام يخص الإعلام الرياضي. توصل الباحث في ختامها الى نتيجة مفادها أن الأداء الصحفي الرياضي يتطلب جوانب عدة لتحسينه والرفع من مستواه فبالإضافة للموهبة والتكوين لا بد من هامش حرية أوسع، مع ظروف اقتصادية واجتماعية أحسن، وشعور بالمسؤولية والتزام بالأخلاق، ولا ينبغي التوقف عند هذا الحد بل يجب السعي والدراسة في السبل التي تطور وتنظم الأداء وترقى بمستوى الممارسة إلى الأحسن. كلمات مفتاحية: الأداء الصحفي الرياضي، الجرائد الرياضية، قانون 12/05 المتعلق بالإعلام Abstract: We are trying to study the performance of sports journalists based on the changes that occurred in the media law 12/05, which came out in its final form with study and analysis, to try to reveal what affects the level of sports journalist performance, given that sports media is part of the public media, and therefore everything related to Public media is concerned with sports media. Finally, the researcher concluded that sports journalistic performance requires several aspects to improve it and raise its level. In addition to talent and training, a bader margin of freedom is important to required, with better economic and social condition. And we should not stop at this point, we must work on developing and regulating this performance and improving the level of practice.
