الرخص الإدارية كآلية لضبط قطاع الاتصالات الإللكترونية في الجزائر

Résumé: رغم تحرير قطاع الاتصالات في الجزائر وفتحه للاستغلال الخاص، يبقى من النشاطات الحساسة التي يحتاج ممارستها إلى رخص ادارية حسب نوع الخدمة، إذ واستنادا إلى القانون رقم 18-04 الذي يحدد القواعد المتعلقة بالبريد والاتصلات الالكترونية، هناك ثلاث انظمة لاستغلال الاتصالات الاكترونية ةهي نظام الرخصة، نظام الترخيص العام، نظام التصريح البسيط. In spite of the liberalization of the telecommunications sector in Algeria and its opening to private sector operations, this activity remains among the sensitive sectors whose exercise requires administrative depending on the type of service to be provided. In accordance with the texts of law n° 18-04 fixing the general rules relating to the post office and the electronic communication, there are three regimes of exploitation of the electronic communications. There are the authorization system, the general authorization system and the simple authorization system declaration.
