الجالية الجزائرية في الخطاب السياسي لليمين المتطرف الفرنسي

Résumé: تَهدفُ هاتهِ الدراسَّة بشكل رئيس إلى محاولةِ تِبيان موقف أحزاب اليمين المتطرف الفرنسي من الجالية الجزائرية بفرنسا، فضلاً عن محاولة كشفها عن أهم الخلفيات والدوافع التي تجعل منها- على نحو خاص- هدفاً للتحامل والاستهداف من قبل هذه الأحزاب. كما حاولت أن تبحث أيضا، في خلفيات حضورها بشكل قاعدي في خطابه السياسي، وذلك من خلال تسليطها الضوء على حالة حزب الجبهة الوطنية. وتأتي أهميتها موازاة مع تعاظم المد اليميني المتطرّف في أوروبا وفي فرنسا على وجه الخصوص مع إمكانية وصولها لسدة الحكم في المستقبل القريب، وهو ما يشكل تحدياً حقيقياً على واقع ومستقبل الجالية الجزائرية في فرنسا. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على توليفة من المناهج من بينها المنهج التاريخي، ومنهج دراسة الحالة، وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تلخصت كالأتي: أن أحزاب اليمين المتطرف الفرنسي ككل، تتخذ موقفاً عدائياً من الجالية الجزائرية في فرنسا بناءً على اعتبارات وخلفيات تاريخية - ثقافية. This study mainly aims to clarify the position of the French far-right parties towards the Algerian community in France, as well as to reveal the most important backgrounds and motives that makes this community; in particular; a target for prejudice and targeting by these parties. In addition, it tries to search the background of the fundamental presence of this community in its political speech by highlighting the case of the National Front Party. The importance of the study comes in parallel with the rising tide of the far-right in Europe and particularly in France, and the possibility of reaching the power in the near future. All of this constitutes a challenge to the reality and future of the Algerian community in France. The historical approach and the case study approach were the main research methods used to accomplish this study. In the end, the study resulted on that the far-right political parties as a whole in France take a hostile stance towards the Algerian community in France. This hostile position is based on historico-cultural considerations and backgrounds.
