العلاقات المدنية العسكرية في ظل التحولات الجديدة في المنطقة العربية دراسة تحليلية
Résumé: This study deals with the relationship problematic between the military establishment and the civil authority within the framework of the new transformations that were the result of the popular movement in the Arab region, which fluctuated between the ruling monopoly of the military establishment on the expense of the civil authority such as Egypt and the dominance of civil authority over the military establishment and making it a private property of the ruling politic team such as Syria and Bahrain, and between the splitting of the military establishment between the ruling power and the people, as happened in Libya and Yemen, or formed the exception by keeping the military's establishment out of authority and by granting space to the civilian elites to run the political process as happened in Tunisia.
