"إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات الإستشفائية دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بالوادي-بن عمر الجيلاني "
Résumé: "تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الأزمات في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بالوادي –بن عمر الجيلاني –ومدي فاعلية هاته المؤسسة في إدارة الأزمات، ومن خلال الإشكالية التالية كيف يتم إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية –بن عمر الجيلاني – بالوادي ؟.ومن اجل معالجة هاته الإشكالية تم اعتماد على أداة مقننة تمثلت في الاستبيان لمعرفة إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات الاستشفائية بحيث تم توزيع 30 استمارة استبيان على عينة بالمؤسسة ، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيان عن طريق تحليل SPSS. أسفرت النتائج العملية لهاته الدراسة الى ان المستشفى بن عمر الجيلاني لا يتبنى إدارة الأزمات بكل مراحلها ، وان الإدارة لم تساهم في معالجة الأزمات التي تتعرض إليها المستشفى. ""This study aims to recorgnize to Assessment of the effectiveness of crisis management at the public Hospital in state of ELOUED –BEN OMAR EL DGILANI- and the satisfaction of the patients through the following problem: how are managed crises in the public hospital in the-BEN OMAR EL DGILANI-eloued? We distributed 30 a questionnaire to general hospital-BEN OMAR EL DGILANI- , the data was processed using SPSSv20, with the following results: THE hospital BEN OMER ELDGILANI does not adopt all stages of crises ;the administration did not contribute to addressing the crises it facad by the hospital. "
