حقوق الام العاملة بين التشريع الدولي والتشريع الوطني

Résumé: .ملخص: تعتبر مسالة حماية المرأة العاملة فكرة عالمية تسعى كل الدول إلى تحقيقها نظرا لما يترتب عنها من الاستقرار بمختلف أبعاده خاصة البعد الاجتماعي منه، وهذا بالنظر إلى ما يمكن أن تحققه هذه الحماية القانونية من مساواة اجتماعية، القضاء على كل أشكال التمييز داخل المجتمع عامة وفي الوسط المهني خاصة. ولقد ركزنا في هذه الدراسة على تلك الحماية القانونية الوطنية والدولية المقررة لحالة المرأة العاملة وهي في وضع الأمومة محاولين بذلك بيان مدى فعالية تلك النصوص القانونية الفاعلة في هذا المجال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحماية القانونية، حالة الأمومة، الحمل، الرضاعة، التأمينات الاجتماعية... Abstract: The issue of the protection of working women is a universal idea that all countries seek to achieve because of its stability in its various dimensions, especially its social dimension. Thiès is in view of what this legal protection can achieve from social equality, eliminating all forms of discrimination within society in general and in the professional sphere especially. In this study, we focused on the national and international legal protection of the situation of working women in the situation of motherhood, thus trying to determine the effectiveness of these legal texts in this area.
