مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين العاملين بمصلحة الكوفيد19 -دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية الأم والطفل قالمة-
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين العاملين في فترة انشار جائحة كورونا covid-19 ، ومعرفة مدى إحداث كل من الحالة الاجتماعية وسنوات الخبرة فروقا في مستوى الصحة النفسية لديهم ،حيث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي واستبانة تم توزيعها على عينة قدرها 30 فردا من الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية الأم والطفل قالمة، حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة بأنه يوجد مستوى مرتفع من الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين العاملين بمصلحة الكوفيد، وأنه لا يوجد لديهم فروقا دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الصحة النفسية بالنسبة لكل من المتغير الحالة الاجتماعية وسنوات الخبرة. This study aimed to reveal the mental health of nurses working in the period of the spread of the covid-19 pandemic, and to know the extent to which each of the social status and years of experience made differences in their level of mental health, as the researcher used the descriptive method and a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 30 individuals of the nurses working in the hospital institution Mother and Child Guelma, where the results of the study concluded that there is a high level of mental health among nurses working in the interest of the Covid, and that they have no statistically significant differences in the level of mental health concerning each of the variable marital status and years of experience.
