Résumé: هدف الد ارسة بالتعرف على نظرة مستشاري التوجيه والتقييم واإلدماج المهني لواقع م ارفقة المتكونين لغرض إدماجهم في سوق العمل وانطلقت الد ارسة من التساؤالت التالية: ما مدى تطبيق مستشار التوجيه والتقييم واإلدماج المهني ألسلوب المرافقة للمتكونين، وهل يكون أكاديمي أم هو عبارة عن نشاطات تقدم للمتربص دون قصد ودون تخطيط؟ هل يتوفر التكوين المهني على أدوات المرافقة المادية والبشرية أم هي خدمات إرشادية محدودة وظرفية؟ تم االعتماد على المنهج الوصفي االستكشافي وحدد مجتمع الدراسة بكل مستشاري التوجيه والتقييم واإلدماج المهنيين وعددهم 14 مستشا ار على مستوى والية الوادي وتم االعتماد على أسلوب الحصر الشامل. وتمت معالجة نتائج االستبيان بأسلوب النسب المئوية كأسلوب إحصائي وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة على ما يلي: أن أسلوب المرافقة يمارس في شقه األول والمتمثل في خدمات اإلعالم، أما الشق الثاني والمتمثل في خدمات اإلرشاد والمرافقة فهو يمارس بشكل ظرفي خاصة اإلرشاد النفسي والبيداغوجي واإلرشاد المهني. The importance of the study is to identify the guiding view, evaluation, and distinct reality of accompanying trainees to enable them in the labor market. The study started from the following questions: To what extent does the Guidance, Evaluation and Comprehensive Comprehensive Guide apply a leadership style to the trainees, and is it academic or does it consist of activities presented to the trainee without planning or planning? Is this temporary to fulfill your social and human needs, or are these limited and circumstantial guidance services? The exploratory descriptive approach was relied upon, and the study population was identified with all 14 professional guidance, evaluation, and integration counselors at the level of the El Oued State, and the comprehensive inventory method was relied upon. The results of the questionnaire were processed using percentages as a statistical method, and the results of the study resulted in the following: The accompaniment method is practiced in the first part, which is represented by information services, while the second part, which is represented by guidance and accompaniment services, is practiced in a situational manner, especially psychological, pedagogical, and vocational guidance. .
