البحث في تحديد مفهوم الأسرة وتكريس حمايتها في إطار الاتفاقيات الدولية و الإقليمية

Résumé: تكتسي الأسرة أهمية بالغة في تطور و استقرار المجتمعات . فسلامة نشأة الفرد ترتبط بالظروف التي تحيط بهذه الاخيرة , إذ هي الخلية الاساسية لبناء مجتمع قائم على أسس متينة . قد أولى القانون الدولي اهتماما بليغا بالأسرة من خلال وجود العديد من النصوص الدولية و الآليات الدولية و الإقليمية التي تكفل حماية الأسرة و استقرارها ومن هنا لا بد من البحث عن مدى تحديد مفهوم دقيق لهذه الأخيرة من جهة ومن جهة أخرى لا بد من البحث في فعالية الحماية المكفولة في هذه الآليات الدولية ومدى وجود ضمانات كافية على الصعيد الدولي تسمح تحقيق و تكريس الحقوق المكفولة للأسرة . The family is crucial to the development and stability of societies. The integrity of an individual's upbringing is linked to the circumstances surrounding the latter, as it is the basic cell for building a well-founded society. International law has devoted considerable attention to the family through the existence of numerous international and regional instruments that guarantee the protection and stability of the family. It is therefore necessary to explore the precise concept of the family on the one hand. It is necessary to examine the effectiveness of the protection guaranteed in these international mechanisms and the existence of adequate safeguards at the international level to ensure the realization and enshrinement of the family's rights.
