البنية العاملية لمقياس الممارسات القيادية خلال أزمة جائحة Covid-19: درسة ميدانية على شركة الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن البنية العاملية لمقياس الممارسات القيادية خلال أزمة جائحة covid-19 لدى شركة الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية، على عينة مكونة من 150 فردا ممن تجاوبوا مع أهداف الدراسة، يعملون في مناصب وظيفية مختلفة في أربعة وكالات جهوية تابعة للشركة. حيث تم التأكد من صدق وثبات المقياس على عينة قوامها 50، أما إجابات العينة المتبقية(100) فقد تم اخضاعها للتحليل العاملي الاستكشافي باستخدام طريقة المكونات الرئيسية PCA))، والتدوير المتعامد بطريقة varimax. وقد أسفر التحليل العاملي لعبارات المقياس عن استخلاص 3 عوامل، فسرت ما نسبته %74,13 من التباين الكلي، وتمت تسميتها على النحو التالي: العامل الأول« المرونة التنظيمية وإظهار التعاطف مع المآسي الإنسانية »، العامل الثاني «الحفاظ على الشفافية والاتصال الفعال والتعاون مع أصحاب المصالح»، العامل الثالث «التمكين ،الهدوء ،التفاؤل الحذر والقدرة على صناعة القرارات في ظل التباس الحقائق». الكلمات المفتاحية: البنية العاملية، الممارسات القيادية، أزمة، جائحة،covid-19 Abstract: This study aimed to explore the factorial structure of Leadership practices during COVID-19 pandemic scale at the Air Algerie Company, on a sample of 150 individuals who responded to the study’s objectives, working in four regional agencies affiliated to the company. The validity and reliability of the scale were confirmed on a sample of 50 individuals, while the answers of the remaining sample (100 individuals) were subjected to exploratory factor analysis using the principal components method (PCA) and orthogonal rotation by varimax, resulted in extracting 3 factors, explained a percentage of 74.13% of the total variance, and were named as follows: The first factor “Organizational flexibility and demonstrating empathy with the human tragedy”, the second factor “Maintain transparency collaborate and Communicating effectively with stakeholder”, the third factor is “Empowerment, calmness, bounded optimism and ability to making decisions amid uncertainty”.
