الفيروس التاجي يدخل العالم في أزمة والرقمنة حل أمثل لإنعاش القطاعات الإقتصادية-حالة الجزائر-

Résumé: في هذه الورقة البحثية ندرس كيفية إعتماد العديد من المؤسسات للأساليب الرقمية من أجل متابعة نشاطها خلال أزمة كوفيد 19 ،وتجنب الخسائر المالية الكبرى التي لم تنجح عدة مؤسسات أخرى في تجنبها وهذا راجع إلى بعد هذه الأخيرة عن الثقافة الرقمية وتمسكها بالطرق التقليدية . لقد أصيب العالم بشلل إقتصادي نتيجة لإنتشار هذا الفيروس ماعدا قطاع الأدوية، وقد ساعدت الأساليب الرقمية بعض المؤسسات وليس الكل فمنها من توقف نشاطها إلى يومنا هذا ولن تزاوله إلا بانتهاء هذه الأزمة وعودة الحياة إلى طبيعتها. In this research paper, we study how had many institutions adopted digital methods to follow up their activities during the Covid 19 crisis, and how to avoid major financial losses that several other institutions have not succeeded in this task, which is due to the latter's distance from digitalization and its adherence to traditional methods. The whole world has been affected by an economic crisis as a result of the corona virus spread, except for the pharmaceutical sector. Digital methods have helped some institutions but not all of them as long as some have stopped their activities and will not practice it until the end of this crisis.
